Genesis II's opening line was "My name is Dylan Hunt. My story begins the day on which I died." In 1973 that was a wonderous thing to hear if you loved sci-fi. I was a kid at the time but it stuck with me. Roddenberry was an unknown name to me but I knew what I liked and I really liked this.
