Daily Birthdays and Events in Sci-Fi, Comics and related areas

April 23, 2012

Adv. of Captain Marvel, Rudy Wells, Flash Gordon, BraveStarr, Sliders, Deep Space Nine, Little Nemo, Six Million Dollar Man, Steve Austin, Superman.

Both Alan Oppenheimer (Dr. Rudy Wells) and Lee Majors (Steve Austin) are celebrating a birthday today. It must have been quite the day on The Six Million Dollar Man set each year.

One other birthday is David Birney. David was one of thoise actors from the 80's that you would recognize if you saw him. David did a number of sci-fi shows but one thing a lot of people don't know is that he played Anakin Skywalker in the NPR radio dramatization of "Return of the Jedi" (1996).

Enjoy !!!
