Jerry Goldsmith 1929, composer, Goldsmith is often remembered for composing the scores for five Star Trek films — Star Trek: The Motion Picture, Star Trek V: The Final Frontier, Star Trek: First Contact (with son Joel), Star Trek: Insurrection, and Star Trek Nemesis — and the title theme for the Star Trek: Voyager television series.
