After watching the beginning of the new Doctor Who series on Saturday it was kind of interesting to see that Alan Wheatley was having a birthday today. Alan was the first character to be killed by a Dalek back in 1964. Since then it's been all down hill for humans when it comes to Dalek death rays.
I suggest taking a look again at today's roundup, the people celebrating are a bit of a who's who sci-fi.
Enjoy !!
