Birthdays

Hope Larson 1982, illustrator and cartoonist. Her main field is graphic novels. She was invited to the webcomics anthology site Girlamatic and produced her first professional comic, a web serial entitled I Was There & Just Returned. Afterwards, Larson concentrated on a number of small, hand-made minicomics, combining her interests in comics, screenprinting, and bookmaking.

1976, NASA names first space shuttle Enterprise (OV-101).
1978, Battlestar Galactica airs.
1982, The Powers of Matthew Star airs on NBC.
1984, The Transformers animated television series airs.
1987, Out Of This World airs in the U.S. This was the second series by that name, the first was in the 1962.
1990, Wake, Rattle, and Roll airs on Disney Channel.
1994, ReBoot a CGI-animated action-adventure series begins on YTV.
1997, Star Trek:Voyager, "Day of Honor" airs.
2003, Star Trek:Enterprise, "Anomaly" airs.
