Daily Birthdays and Events in Sci-Fi, Comics and related areas

November 18, 2011

Alan Dean Foster, Alien Nation, Time Trax, Babylon 5, Solar Flare, Johnny Reb and Billy Yank, Calvin and Hobbes, The Tomorrow People.

On this day in 1985 Calvin and Hobbes began it's 10 year run. At the time no one knew that Bill Watterson had made the decision fairly early that the clock was ticking on the comic strip. It was sad to see it go in 1995.

Enjoy !!!
