I don't get many times to point out the birthdays of Torchwood actors, today is that exception. Naoko Mori played Toshiko Sato for 26 episodes.

Steve Lightle 1959, Lightle's first professional comic book work was in DC's New Talent Showcase, In 1984, Lightle followed Keith Giffen as the regular artist on DC Comics's Legion of Super-Heroes. Lightle continued as the regular cover artist until 1988. During Lightle's tenure, he co-created two Legionnaires, Tellus and Quislet. Much of Lightle's work has been as a cover artist. Lightle typically both pencils and inks his covers. In 1989 and 1990, Lightle was the regular cover artist for Classic X-Men
Mike Sekowsky 1923, comic book artist best known as the exclusive penciler for DC Comics' Justice League of America during most of the 1960s, and as the regular writer and artist on Wonder Woman during the late 1960s and early 1970s. Sekowsky began working in the comics in 1941, as an artist at Timely Comics. There he worked as both a cartoonist on such humor features as "Ziggy Pig and Silly Seal", and a superhero artist on such star characters as Captain America and the Sub-Mariner in issues of All Winners Comics, Daring Comics, Marvel Mystery Comics, USA Comics, and Young Allies Comics. In 1952, Sekowsky began working at DC Comics, where he drew romance comics and science fiction titles. In 1960, Sekowsky began working on his most noted effort, Justice League of America, staying on the title for 63 issues. He returned to pencil the 23-page flashback tale "The Future Ain't What It Used to Be" in issue #240 (July 1985), which featured the League from his era. In 1968, Sekowsky became the penciler of Metal Men. At roughly the same time, Sekowsky began working on Wonder Woman with issue #178, first as artist and then also as writer and editor, until issue #198.
Cal Slayton 1968, comic book artist, His most prominent work was on the indie comic book Shades of Blue published first by AMP Comics and then by Digital Webbing. His work has also been seen in books such as (Super) Hero Happy Hour, Dead@17 Rough Cut, Digital Webbing Presents and Champion of Children.
